Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Technical Valuation operations across Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana for MSME, LAP segments
- Handle empaneled valuation retainers and ensure high-quality valuation report delivery within defined TATs and compliance standards
- Ensure proper workload allocation, productivity management, performance tracking, and capability development across teams
- Monitor and improve TAT, productivity, quality metrics, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Ensure audit readiness, compliance adherence, and risk management across all valuation workflows
- Drive MIS reporting, operational dashboards, performance reviews, and leadership updates for strategic decision-making
- Act as a strategic bridge between field operations and senior management by providing business insights, recommendations, and operational feedback
- Lead training, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives to strengthen technical and leadership competencies within teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters Degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Property Valuation / Technical Assessment with strong exposure to SME, LAP portfolios
- Proven experience in handling regional operations, business delivery, and large-scale valuation teams across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, valuation risk assessment, and banking operations
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu. Kannada knowledge will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
