Job Description – Site Supervisor
Company: SR Global Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.
Location: IOCL Bottling Plant, Thimmapur, Kottur, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the contractor and the client's department.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and labour deployment.
- Handle labour and union-related matters.
- Manage attendance, overtime, and manpower records.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the client and workforce.
Requirements
- Experience in manpower supply, facility management, or industrial site operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in labour and union management.
- Ability to maintain good client relationships.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
