JOB POSITION: Creative Strategist
At Source Medium, we help brands scale through a creative-led, performance-first approach. We're looking for a Creative Strategist who operates at the intersection of storytelling, data, and growth.
This isn’t a content creator role.
This is for someone who understands that great creatives are not just made - they’re engineered through insights, testing, and performance data.
What you'll own:
→ Lead creative strategy for Meta & Google campaigns across multiple D2C brands
→ Ideate and script high-performing creatives across statics, UGC, founder-led and influencer formats
→ Craft strong hooks, CTAs, and content angles built for conversion
→ Translate metrics like CTR, CPM, hold rate, and thumb-stop ratio into creative decisions
→ Build structured testing roadmaps backed by performance insights
→ Develop audience personas, messaging frameworks, and content pillars
→ Collaborate closely with performance marketers, designers, editors, and influencers
→ Build and maintain a creative library of winning ads, learnings, and frameworks
What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience across creative, content, or strategy with strong exposure to performance marketing
- Understanding of Meta & Google Ads dashboards
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
- Strong skills in ideation, scripting, hooks, and storytelling
- Deep understanding of short-form content and visual narratives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
