Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through strategic outreach and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, email marketing, market research, and CRM management. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to engage prospects through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and other lead sources.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Create and manage prospect databases and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Conduct cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up communications.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Track campaign performance and analyze lead generation metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and lead generation best practices.
Required Skills
- Experience in Lead Generation, Email Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to create and manage email outreach campaigns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, business development, or sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
