Procurement Officer – Agricultural Farmers We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Officer to source and procure high-quality agricultural produce directly from farmers. The role involves building strong farmer relationships, negotiating prices, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating timely procurement operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with farmers and farmer groups for produce procurement. Negotiate pricing and procurement agreements. Monitor crop availability, harvest schedules, and market trends. Ensure quality standards are met during procurement. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules. Develop long-term relationships with farmers and stakeholders. Resolve procurement-related issues and ensure smooth operations. Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing data.
