Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment, refrigeration systems, electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC, and facility infrastructure across multiple outlets. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance operations across restaurant outlets and company facilities.
- Perform and oversee maintenance of refrigeration units, cold rooms, deep freezers, chillers, and air-conditioning systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and building facilities.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and AMC services.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support outlet operations by ensuring all equipment remains in good working condition.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in refrigeration maintenance, including cold rooms, freezers, chillers, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or facility management industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets as required.
