SOLO Network, the flagship product of SPARK+, is an AI-powered upskilling and credential-first ecosystem built for learners, institutions, and employers. The platform connects skills, learning, credentials, employment, and opportunities into one future-ready ecosystem.
We are looking for a Business Operations Executive who can support client communication, demos, outreach, relationship-building, coordination, and operational activities related to SOLO Network and SPARK+ initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online client meetings, product demos, and presentations
- Follow up with leads, prospects, institutions, employers, and partners professionally
- Support lead generation through outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities
- Represent SPARK+ and SOLO Network during webinars, online events, virtual meetups, and community sessions
- Coordinate with employers, learners, institutions, and community partners for SOLO upskilling initiatives
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders
- Support preparation of proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and business communication material
- Assist in partnership discussions, coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities for SPARK+, SOLO Network, and SPARK+ Academia
- Work closely with internal teams on operational coordination and engagement activities

- Basic understanding of SaaS products or digital platforms
- Ability to explain products clearly during demos and meetings

- Basic database management using Excel or Google Sheets
- Professional attitude with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work consistently

- Experience with SaaS product demos or client presentations
- Exposure to marketing, events, networking, or webinar activities
- Basic understanding of business development or operations
