Job Purpose
To manage the front office and provide day-to-day administrative support across the group, ensuring smooth office operations, a professional first impression for visitors and clients, and efficient handling of routine paperwork and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and manage walk-in visitors, clients, and vendors; maintain the visitor log and direct enquiries to the right department.
- Handle incoming calls, emails; route messages promptly to the concerned person.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement of stationery, pantry, and housekeeping items.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for administrative and vendor documents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility staff to ensure the office is clean, organised, and presentable.
- Support the attendance tracking, and general office administration.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree (preferred); freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in a front-desk, admin, or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English and Tamil; Hindi is an added advantage.
