First Adviser is Hiring | Experienced Telecaller (Loan Process)
First Adviser is expanding its team and is looking for Experienced Telecallers from the Loan Industry to join us.
Position: Telecaller – Loan Process
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Loan Process (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, etc.)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain loan products and assist customers with the application process.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Eligibility:
- Experience in the loan or financial services industry is mandatory.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
