Job Title: Channel Sales Executive
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Channel Sales Executive to expand HouseBanao's channel partner network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding builders, property dealers, brokers, architects, and other real estate professionals as channel partners to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential channel partners including builders, property dealers, brokers, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct field visits and meetings with prospective partners.
- Present HouseBanao's services and partnership benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Generate and qualify leads through channel partners.
- Follow up regularly to ensure continuous business generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and partner support.
- Maintain records of meetings, partner discussions, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly partner acquisition and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Field Sales. (construction company required)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Ability to build professional relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
- Travel Allowance (TA) provided
