Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – Solar Division (Field Work)
Job Description:
- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to promote solar solutions.
- Explain the benefits of solar rooftop systems and related products.
- Conduct site visits, collect customer requirements, and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project execution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and submit daily field visit reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory
