DS-MAX is hiring for Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing project schedules, tracking progress, identifying delays, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare baseline project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
· Develop detailed construction programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project timelines.
· Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify deviations.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
· Track project milestones and critical activities.
· Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors for schedule updates.
· Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
· Monitor resource deployment, productivity, and project performance.
· Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and project cost monitoring.
· Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
· Ensure compliance with project planning standards and reporting procedures.
· Support claims management, EOT (Extension of Time) documentation, and project documentation.
· Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
· Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
· Good understanding of high-rise construction methodologies.
· Knowledge of project monitoring, resource planning, and progress tracking.
· Familiarity with construction sequences, structural works, finishing works, and MEP activities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
· Certification in Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
· Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise projects.
· Hands-on experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
· Exposure to project control systems and construction planning practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
