Field Service Technician – Security & Network Systems

Position Overview
Digitron India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Field Support Technician to assist with the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security and network infrastructure systems at project locations within Tuna Port.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work involving surveillance systems, network devices, structured cabling, and field support activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform installation and commissioning of IP CCTV surveillance systems.
- Support configuration and maintenance of access control and security devices.
- Execute network point termination, RJ-45 crimping, and switch connectivity tasks.
- Assist with structured cabling, cable routing, and rack organization.
- Perform optical fiber termination, splicing support, and basic fault identification.
- Configure network parameters and verify communication between devices.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and corrective service activities.
- Maintain site documentation, service records, and installation reports.
- Coordinate with project engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures during site activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 10th Pass with ITI, 12th Pass, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Practical experience in surveillance systems, networking, telecommunications, or related technical fields.
- Basic understanding of IP networking concepts and security systems.

Pay: ₹20,200.00 - ₹25,200.00 per month
