Job Description
LookConnect is hiring a skilled Washing Machine Repair Technician to join our growing field service team. The ideal candidate should have experience in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and servicing all types of washing machines while delivering excellent customer service at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Front Load, Top Load, Fully Automatic, and Semi-Automatic washing machines.
- Troubleshoot motor, PCB, drainage, spinning, vibration, inlet/outlet, and electrical faults.
- Replace faulty components including motors, pumps, bearings, belts, valves, and control boards.
- Complete service reports and maintain high service quality.
- Visit customer locations for doorstep service across the assigned service areas.
Requirements
- Minimum3 yearof experience in washing machine repair and servicing.
- Knowledge of all major washing machine brands.
- Good troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
