Position: Civil Foreman

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing work as per drawings and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Allocate work to laborers, masons, carpenters, bar benders, and other skilled workers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for daily work planning.
- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check materials received at site and ensure proper utilization with minimum wastage.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping at the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Report daily work progress, manpower deployment, and site issues to the Site Engineer.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve day-to-day execution issues.
- Assist in measurements, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good leadership and manpower management skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Civil) preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Experience in Government Building/Infrastructure Projects is preferred.
Working Hours
- 12-hour site shift (as per project requirements).
Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and project exposure).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
