Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated professional to support our sales growth, marketing initiatives, business development activities, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers for Ayurvedic Clinical & wellness services, packages, memberships, and healthcare programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, hotels, resorts, and wellness partners.
- Support franchise sales and business expansion initiatives.
- Create channels for Ayurvedic Product sales; Develop new business opportunities through B2C, B2B, corporate, and institutional channels.
- Conduct follow-ups with enquiries and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social media promotions, lead generation campaigns, and local marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing webinars, health camps, workshops, corporate wellness programs, and promotional events.
- Manage customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and corporate partners.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support membership renewals and repeat business generation.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and ROI.
- Maintain CRM and customer databases.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Healthcare Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, hospitality, fitness, or healthcare services will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
