- Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked items as per recipes and standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately for consistent quality
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and production schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in plating and presentation of desserts
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
