Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead solution-building initiatives by understanding client challenges and articulating Genpact’s value proposition effectively. Design optimal operating models for clients and collaborate with FP&A teams to create commercially viable business cases. Liaise with sales teams to identify and convert business opportunities, working seamlessly across functions, partner ecosystems, and client organizations. Guide and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of complex engagements without direct reporting authority. Provide expertise in Life & Annuities policy administration systems, automation initiatives, and enterprise-level transformation projects. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and client decision drivers to proactively inform strategy and solution design. Mentor and influence stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving client-centric outcomes while maintaining exceptional executive presence.
