Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands that search engine optimization is more than just keywords—it’s about connecting brands with the right audience at the right time. In this role, you will lead the organic growth strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You will be responsible for end-to-end SEO execution, including technical audits, on-page optimization, content strategy, and high-quality link building.

Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical) tailored to individual client goals.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value content and ranking opportunities.
- Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile-friendliness, architecture, and core web vitals).
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking to maximize search engine visibility.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation and design teams to ensure all digital assets are SEO-friendly and aligned with search intent.
- Off-Page & Link Building: Design and execute ethical, high-quality backlink acquisition strategies to build domain authority.
- Local SEO: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local citations to drive regional visibility for local businesses.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, conversion rates) using industry-standard tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent ability to interpret search data, track ROI, and translate metrics into actionable marketing strategies.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: A strong understanding of the latest Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and search engine best practices.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills to articulate strategies to clients and collaborate internally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
