Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine laboratory tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Immunology.
* Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment.
* Record, validate, and maintain accurate test results.
* Follow laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
* Maintain laboratory documentation and equipment.
* Monitor inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables.
Eligibility:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
* Min 2 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.
* Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
