Location: Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and best practices
✅ Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
✅ Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and project requirements
✅ Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
✅ Investigate incidents and maintain accurate safety records and reports
✅ Foster a strong safety culture across project teams
What We're Looking For:
✔ Diploma/Degree in Safety or a related discipline
✔ Experience in Solar, Construction, EPC, or Industrial Projects
✔ Strong understanding of EHS standards and regulatory compliance
✔ Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
✔ Passion for creating a safe and productive work environment
