Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities across freight forwarding, Clearance, and supply chain
solutions.
Manage and grow new Business and key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service
delivery.
Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to create tailored logistics solutions for
clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence insights.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
Represent Company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
3-7years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
Strong network and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and design value-based solutions.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive/Sr.Executive/BDM will identify and acquire new clients, maintain strong

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting market research, preparing

This role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports and staying updated on industry
trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Freight Forwarding Sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and creating tailored solutions
Ability to meet sales targets and manage accounts effectively
Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with CRM platforms
Strong knowledge of international trade, shipping documentation, and customs regulations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

Prepare/ manage/ update Quotes, SOP's, Sales Leads, Quote Log etc.,
Follow up on Sales leads with Overseas office
Maintain 100+ Top Clients in follow up (Pipeline)Monthly
Support function between Customers, Sales & Product Head/TL
Maintain and manage/ update sales database/ reports
Maintain and update of Prospective pipeline reports includes all Air, Sea,Inbound/Outbound
Customers.
Performance of new account signed on monthly basis
Maintenance of all Quality reports for Sales
Help and meet Sales Budget and planning
Attend and support with data for the sales meeting
Maintain all MIS and reports pertaining to Sales i:e Sales GM , Client Performance , Route
etc.
Help and support in timely response to all Sales queries
Maintain DSR for sales
Timely Follow up along with team on collections
Maintain all Rate and quote file
Also facilate in client transition from sales to Operations
Weekly Visit Plans.
