Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Required Skills:
* Experience in ERP implementation and support, preferably in the Manufacturing domain
* Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional documentation
* Configure and support ERP modules such as:
--- > Manufacturing: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Quality Control, Production, Job Work, Plant Maintenance, HRM
-----> Trading: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance
* Experience in preparing Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and conducting UAT
* Coordinate with technical teams for requirement clarification and solution implementation
* Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
* Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
