Role Overview
We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser Intern who will be responsible for product display, visibility, and sales support at retail outlets. The role involves working closely with store teams to ensure proper placement and promotion of Madhukunj products.
Key Responsibilities
Store Execution
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in assigned stores
- Maintain shelves, racks, and display standards
- Implement company branding and merchandising guidelines
Stock Management
- Monitor stock availability on shelves
- Coordinate with store staff for refilling and replenishment
- Report out-of-stock situations
Sales Support
- Assist in increasing product sales through visibility and positioning
- Support ongoing promotions, schemes, and offers
Reporting
- Share daily store visit reports with photos
- Provide feedback on:
- Customer preferences
- Competitor products
- Market trends
Coordination
- Work with:
- Store managers
- Sales team
- Distributors
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / pursuing graduation (Marketing / Sales preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Interest in retail, FMCG, and field work
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of retail merchandising
- Attention to detail
- Good observation skills
- Basic mobile reporting (photos, WhatsApp updates)
