Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Executive with strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable business results through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and scale Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Design and manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion).
Audience Targeting & Optimization
- Develop and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Continuously monitor and improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
Creative & Testing Strategy
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives and ad copies.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Budget & Reporting
- Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
- Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting insights, trends, and scaling opportunities.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising funnels.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience with conversion tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Conversion API).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with email marketing tools and strategies.
