Job Overview:
The Project Officer will support the implementation of the RO Water Installation Project across designated locations. The role involves coordinating site assessments, vendor and stakeholder engagement, installation monitoring, documentation management, and reporting to ensure timely and quality project execution. The position is best suited for professionals with experience in WASH, infrastructure, CSR, or community development projects who are committed to improving access to safe drinking water.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of RO water installation activities as per project timelines.

Conduct site assessments to verify suitability and infrastructure readiness before installation.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and local authorities to ensure timely delivery and quality of installations.

Maintain project documentation including site lists, installation reports, photos, and completion certificates.

Monitor progress through regular field visits and maintain an updated project tracker.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards for all installations.

Facilitate stakeholder communication, including schools, community representatives, and government bodies.

Support maintenance and follow-up visits to ensure functionality and sustainability of installed RO systems.

Prepare periodic progress reports and MIS data for internal and donor review.

Assist in financial tracking and logistics coordination to ensure efficient project delivery within budget
Profile Requisites:

Graduation in environment science, Water technology, Graduation in environment science, Water technology Engineering, Public health, social work or a related field.
- Engineering, Public health, social work or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in project coordination or field implementation, preferably in WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene), infrastructure, or CSR projects.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, with the ability to simplify complex information for caregivers.

Basic understanding of RO water systems, water quality parameters, and installation processes.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to travel extensively to field sites.
Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the consultancy fees range is 30000 to 37800 per month.
