Factory Supervisor / Floor Supervisor – Job Description
Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of Bike Seat Covers, Rain Covers and Leather Bags for Two-Wheelers.
Location: Sahibabad Site-4, Ghaziabad, Near Delhi Press Office
Salary: ₹15,000–₹19,000 In-Hand + PF + ESIC
Working Days: 6 Days | Monday Fixed Off

Job Profile:
- यह एक sitting job नहीं है। आपको पूरे दिन factory floor पर रहकर workers और karigars के काम को actively monitor करना होगा।
- लगभग 60 Tailors, Karigars और Workers को handle करना, उनका काम check करना और daily production target के अनुसार काम करवाना होगा।
- हर karigar/worker ने कितने pieces बनाए हैं, क्या काम किया है और production कितना हुआ है, इसका daily record maintain करना होगा।
- Tailor/Karigar की piece-rate details, production quantity और payment-related records को properly maintain करना होगा।
- Factory inventory और material का record रखना, material की availability check करना और shortage या mismatch की जानकारी तुरंत Management को देना होगा।
- Daily production, manpower और work status की clear report Management को देना अनिवार्य होगा।
- Workers और Karigars के साथ daily communication करना होगा तथा discipline, productivity और work flow maintain करना होगा।
- MS Excel का अच्छा practical knowledge अनिवार्य है। केवल “थोड़ा Excel आता है”, “पहले किया था”, या “मौका नहीं मिला” इस position के लिए sufficient नहीं होगा।
- हमें ऐसा candidate चाहिए जो smart, alert, responsible, confident और sharp-minded हो तथा लगभग 60 लोगों को effectively handle कर सके।
- Candidate को factory floor पर continuously active रहकर काम करना होगा; यह केवल attendance या sitting/office-based supervision का काम नहीं है।
Candidate Profile:
Manufacturing/Floor Supervision का practical experience preferred है। Candidate में strong communication, Excel, manpower handling, production monitoring, record keeping और problem-solving skills होना आवश्यक है।
