Required Skills and Qualifications
- Design and develop innovative apparel collections in line with the brand's vision and market trends.
Experience Required: 2–5 years of experience as a Fashion Designer in the apparel or textile industry.
- Create design concepts, sketches, fabric selections, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the sampling, production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure timely product development.
- Conduct market research and analyze fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Ensure product quality, fit, and finishing meet company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seasonal launches and promotional activities.
- Be willing to work in a target-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
