Position: Sales Executive. We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and self-driven Sales Executives to expand our solar business across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, and converting opportunities into successful solar installations.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential residential and commercial customers. Generate and qualify leads through field visits, referrals, and networking. Explain the benefits of solar energy solutions and available government incentives. Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team when required. Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth project closures. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales, marketing, field sales, or business development is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply. Passion for renewable energy and customer engagement. Ability to travel within assigned territories. Local market knowledge of Uttar Pradesh or Bihar is an advantage.
