Key Responsibilities
- Cook authentic North/South Indian meals per recipes.
- Prepare fresh salads (raita, kachumber) and soups (rasam, mulligatawny).
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and portion control.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques.
- Team player, able to work shifts.
