Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Bending Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machine operation, with the ability to set up and run bending machines efficiently while ensuring high-quality production standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC bending machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in operating CNC bending machines.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup processes.
- Experience with various bending techniques and materials, including metal fabrication.
- Ability to perform quality control checks and measurements using precision tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
