About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our ERP consulting team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations with strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management. The role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements, configure Business Central solutions, support integrations, conduct testing, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and business process workshops with stakeholders.
- Configure Business Central modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and process documentation.
- Perform system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Post Go-Live activities.
- Provide end-user training and functional support.
- Collaborate with developers, technical consultants, and project managers to deliver business solutions.
- Support data migration, integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Participate in solution design discussions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
