About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical MIS Specialist to take ownership of the organization’s reporting framework, dashboard development, and cross-functional data support. This role will focus on enhancing data efficiency and providing strategic insights to various departments.
Responsibilities:
● Collect, compile, and maintain MIS data from procurement, inventory, production, and dispatch departments on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
● Track and maintain Purchase Order (PO) data — log incoming POs, monitor vendor-wise order status, pending deliveries, and payment milestones.
● Monitor and record inventory movements, raw material consumption, stock levels, and finished goods data in coordination with the stores and production teams.
● Prepare and distribute accurate procurement and inventory MIS reports to relevant departments and management, ensuring timeliness and data consistency.
● Reconcile PO data against actual material receipts and flag discrepancies, shortages, or delays to the reporting manager.
● Maintain and update inventory trackers, material consumption sheets, stock ageing reports, and reorder level summaries.
● Coordinate with the procurement, stores, accounts, and production teams to gather data inputs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure MIS accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● 2–5 years of experience in MIS, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
● High proficiency in Advanced Excel and dashboard creation.
● Experience with automation, macros, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
