Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Support business development initiatives and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or willing to stay near HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.
