As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate sales leads, and support our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Enquiry: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Sales Leads: Generate sales leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
Plumber Daily Calls: Conduct daily calls to plumbers for engagement, support, and feedback.
Dealer Daily Calls: Make daily calls to dealers to build and maintain strong relationships.
Payout Report: Accurately prepare and process plumber payout reports.
Marketing Support: Provide support and coordinate with the marketing team.
Brand Coordination: Coordinate activities and communications across all company brands.
Google Sheets: Maintain and update daily activities using Google Sheets for accurate tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree , Marketing, or any related field.
Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Google Sheets and other relevant software. Familiarity with the plumbing or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Languages: Hindi, English (Any other Language is a bonus)
