Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and implement improvements to ensure consistent results.
-Client & Partner Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly.
Budget Oversight: Manage regional sales budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and profitability.
Reporting: Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 33 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
