Key Responsibilities:
Manage shift-wise HR operations and provide employee support.
Handle contract labour (CL) manpower deployment and coordinate with manpower agencies.
Maintain daily attendance records, verify attendance data, and resolve attendance-related issues.
Prepare and update HR reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and basic data analysis).
Coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and workplace hygiene.
Monitor canteen operations, food quality, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety guidelines related to contract labour.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure adequate manpower availability.
Maintain HR records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Address employee grievances and escalate issues when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
