Marine HVAC Technician
- System Installation: Fit specialized heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units into ships, offshore platforms, and marine vessels.
- Preventative Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and service marine climate control systems regularly to prevent breakdowns caused by harsh saltwater environments.
- Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Identify and repair electrical, mechanical, and airflow faults in complex shipboard HVAC systems using specialized diagnostic tools.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maritime environmental and safety standards are met, focusing on proper refrigerant handling and containment protocols.
