- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Maintain and enhance RawmeN International's digital presence, ensuring consistency with brand identity and engagement.
- Execute, monitor, and optimize SEO activities, including On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns to improve traffic, leads, and ROI.
- Manage social media advertising, paid promotion, and promotional campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, and performance benchmarking.
- Monitor and evaluate SEO, SMM, and paid campaign performance for clients and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on SEO rankings, social media performance, campaign results, KPIs, and ROI.
- Efficiently manage and optimize client promotion and advertising budgets to maximize campaign performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop marketing strategies, campaign plans, and content calendars based on client requirements and business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly marketing plans and content calendars for clients.
- Coordinate, manage, and supervise the digital marketing team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to junior digital marketing executives and monitor their performance.
- Review and ensure the quality of content, campaigns, and deliverables before submission to clients.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and other departments to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Ensure all client tasks, deliverables, reports, and campaigns are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Align all marketing activities with each client's scope of work and business goals to achieve measurable results.
- Implement and optimize Schema Markup and structured data to improve search visibility and enhance search engine understanding of website content.
- Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms and emerging search technologies.
- Manage, update, and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, corporate websites, e-commerce websites, and lead generation websites to support marketing objectives.
- Coordinate website content updates, SEO implementation, conversion tracking, performance optimization, and user experience improvements across digital properties.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working in advertising agencies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Keyword Research, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Campaign Management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Schema Markup, Structured Data Implementation, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Experience managing and optimizing WordPress websites, custom HTML/CSS websites, landing pages, corporate websites, e-commerce websites, and lead generation websites.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization, conversion tracking, content management, user experience (UX) improvements, and website SEO implementation.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website structures, and technical website optimization.
- Strong analytical, reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking skills.
- Excellent communication, client management, team coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects, deadlines, and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹58,632.16 per month
