Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers who are interested in building a career in Sales within the Building Material industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting dealers/distributors, visiting project sites, and promoting company products in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and project sites.
- Promote company products and explain product features to customers.
- Generate new sales leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
Requirements:
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Graduate / Diploma holder in any stream.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email communication preferred.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Interest in building material industry
