Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive who can transform the founder's vision into measurable business growth.
This is not a conventional sales role. We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands how to build businesses, identify opportunities, create long-term client relationships, and contribute strategically to the company's expansion.
The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of previously developed businesses, successful client acquisitions, revenue growth, or market expansion. If you have a proven track record of scaling businesses and creating sustainable growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with the founder's vision.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and business development targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored business solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue goals.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
- Recommend innovative ideas to improve products, services, and customer acquisition.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and client visits.
- Build strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term business growth.

Preferred Qualifications
- Formal education is not mandatory.

- Experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, IT, Software, Creative Agencies, or Technology Services is an added advantage.
