Job description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring and partner with stakeholders to drive quality closures across functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and support workforce planning needs.
- Drive hiring across business, operations, sales, counseling, and support functions.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining agreed hiring TATs and quality metrics.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage salary negotiations and drive offer closures while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Roll out offers and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Ensure proactive communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Resolve hiring challenges proactively and escalate concerns appropriately when required.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and hiring policies.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as required.
What You Bring:
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in EdTech hiring is mandatory; exposure to Study Abroad hiring will be highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and offer management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and hiring analytics tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and MIS management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
