Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of materials for project requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with multiple suppliers based on project and site requirements.
- Source quotations from vendors and identify the most suitable suppliers.
- Compare quotations, market prices, and dealer rates to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new vendors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement activities align with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor details, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up with vendors regarding pending orders and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support uninterrupted project execution.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain functions.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of quotation analysis and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
Must be Fluent In English, Hindi, Marathi
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
