Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM and Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences transportation processes. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP TM implementations, rollouts, and production support activities. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP TM solutions aligned with GxP-compliant logistics and freight optimization processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end configuration and implementation of SAP TM on SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and manage Transportation Network components including Locations, Zones, and Transportation Lanes.
- Manage Freight Units, Freight Orders, and Freight Bookings processes.
- Configure Transportation Planning and Execution functionalities.
- Support Carrier Selection, Tendering, and Freight Settlement processes.
- Configure Charge Management, Freight Cost Distribution, and Settlement functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation and logistics requirements.
- Provide support for SAP TM integrations with SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
- Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues within SLA timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry standards including GxP requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 – 7 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP TM.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain projects.
- Strong understanding of transportation planning and execution processes.
- Experience configuring Freight Units, Freight Orders, Freight Bookings, and Carrier Selection processes.
- Expertise in Charge Management, Freight Cost Distribution, and Freight Settlement.
- Experience with SAP TM integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of GxP-compliant logistics processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in SAP TM rollouts and global implementation projects.
- Exposure to SAP EWM or SAP Logistics Execution modules.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as SAP CPI/PI/PO.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- SAP TM certification is an added advantage.
