- Guest Experience: Ensure personalized, high-level service that meets fine dining standards; handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to exceed expectations.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise service staff, cultivating a professional, knowledgeable team capable of detailed menu and wine list recommendations.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict cleanliness, safety, and health regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a luxury or fine-dining restaurant.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (fluent English), excellent leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
