Production & Shop Floor Management
- Supervise and manage manufacturing operations for PLC, MCC, PCC, and other industrial control panels.
- Ensure production activities are executed as per approved electrical drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor daily shop floor activities, manpower allocation, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company manufacturing standards and safety procedures.
Production Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and implement production schedules based on project timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure availability of electrical components and materials.
- Track production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Support project execution by aligning production activities with project schedules.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate closely with the Design Team, Project Manager, Sales Back Office, and Stores Department to ensure timely and accurate execution of panel manufacturing and project requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure availability of drawings, materials, and technical specifications.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding production status, timelines, and operational issues.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination to achieve on-time delivery and project completion.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Ensure manufacturing quality as per industry standards and internal quality guidelines.
- Supervise panel wiring verification, inspection, and testing activities.
- Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain proper quality documentation and test reports.
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise technicians, electricians, and panel assembly teams.
- Provide technical guidance for panel assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure team compliance with safety procedures and quality practices.
Dispatch & Documentation
- Ensure proper labeling, packing, and readiness of panels for dispatch.
- Maintain production records, testing reports, and documentation for projects and audits.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of PLC Panels, MCC Panels, PCC Panels, and Industrial Control Panels.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings.
- Good knowledge of electrical components used in panel manufacturing, including:
- MCB, MCCB, ACB, MPCB, ELCB, RCCB, RCBO, Contactors, Relays, PLC, HMI, VFD, Power Supplies, Terminal Blocks, and protection devices.
- Understanding of industrial automation systems and panel integration.
- Knowledge of panel assembly standards and electrical safety regulations.
- Experience in panel testing procedures and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
