- Office Maintenance: Ensure the workplace, pantry, and meeting rooms remain clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
- Refreshment Services: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and office visitors.
- Document Handling: Sort, deliver, and retrieve mail, packages, and files between departments or to external locations.
- Clerical Assistance: Help administrative staff with basic tasks like photocopying, filing, and shredding documents.
- Inventory Management: Monitor the stock of pantry items, stationery, and toiletries, reporting when items need to be restocked.
- Errands & Setup: Run professional errands (e.g., bank deposits) and assist in setting up meeting rooms for presentations.
