About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, clear-spoken Freshers to join our telecalling team. No prior experience is required—full on-the-job training will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and current offers clearly.
- Answer basic customer questions and handle objections politely.
- Follow up with interested prospects to schedule appointments or close sales.
- Maintain accurate call logs and status updates in our system.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are highly preferred.
- Fluency in [Hindi / English / Regional Language].
- Basic computer knowledge and good listening skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
