We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle payroll coordination and attendance management
- Support performance management and employee evaluations
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Organize training and development programs
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained workplace
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
- Handle facility management and maintenance coordination
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Ensure safety, security, and general administrative compliance
- Support company events and internal meetings
Qualifications
- MBA
- 15 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions
- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
