Key Responsibilities
Mediation & Usage Processing: Collect, parse, and validate Call Detail Records (CDRs) and Event Detail Records (EDRs) from network switches. Rating & Charging: Apply correct pricing logic based on rate plans, time of day, location, and subscription models (prepaid/postpaid).Invoicing & Billing: Generate and distribute accurate, timely invoices for both retail consumers and wholesale or roaming carrier partners. Revenue Assurance & Auditing: Investigate data gaps, mediation issues, and pricing errors to prevent revenue leakage. Dispute Resolution: Handle and document billing disputes, process refunds or credit adjustments, and negotiate SLA-based penalties with other carriers
